Operational Availability means the Availability obtained under real operating conditions determined by considering the downtime due to failures and operational delays such as logistical and administrative delays, but excluding external causes.

Examples of Operational Availability in a sentence

  • From January 1 each year through December 15 of that year, every eligible employee shall be awarded forty (40) straight time hours of CTO bonus if the Initial Operational Availability Goal is met as of December 15.
