Operational Areas definition

Operational Areas means the wharves, container yards, storage yards, warehouses, gates, entry or exit points, workshops and other hazardous installation within Jurong Port.
Operational Areas means any place within the Restricted Areas where the conveyance, loading, unloading, handling or storage of goods takes place and include wharves, wharf aprons, container freight stations, transit and backup warehouses, alleyways, eaves of container freight stations, roadways, hardstandings, container yards, chassis yards, interchange areas, any place on board vessels and any other place deemed as such by PSA.
Operational Areas means the areas in OFFSHORE MARINE CENTRE wharf, common roads (whether open or covered), any place on board vessels, and any other hazardous place excluding Tenants plot.

  • Additionally, Tenant shall ensure that the Tenant Operational Areas are properly exhausted at all times so no odors emanate therefrom.

  • Section 11.42 It is understood and agreed that the number and composition of these Operational Areas may change during the life of the Agreement, as determined by the Employer.

  • The Incident Command System, as defined by the Standardized Emergency Management System (SEMS), will be followed for incident response, per the basic organizational structure with position description and duties located in the Field Operations Guide (FOG), The ICS chart in Attachment A and the listing in Attachment C indicate the ICS functions (section, unit, etc.) where Santa ▇▇▇▇ and/or Monterey County Operational Areas may participate and the positions they may fill.

  • Additionally, such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 4, may only hold relief eligibility in one of the following Operational Areas: Paving; Concrete; or, Maintenance.

  • It is understood and agreed that the number and composition of these Operational Areas may change during the life of the Agreement, as determined by the Employer.

  • Contractor shall keep all unauthorized personnel in its employ off the Airport Operational Areas as designated by the Authority.


More Definitions of Operational Areas

Operational Areas means any portion of the Premises used primarily as a financial processing center, including but not limited to the computer room. Prior to or at the time of the Commencement Date, Tenant shall provide Landlord written notice of which portions of the Premises constitute Operational Areas, and Tenant shall also notify Landlord from time to time of any changes in the portions of the Premises that constitute Operational Areas.
