Operational Advisor definition
Operational Advisor shall include any replacement nationally-recognized, reputable financial planning and analysis firm selected by the Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Required Lenders so long as the Borrower has provided to the Required Lenders a replacement engagement letter meeting the requirements set forth in Section 6.13(c) for such engagement letter prior to retaining such replacement Operational Advisor.
Operational Advisor means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or another nationally-recognized, reputable financial planning and analysis firm reasonably acceptable to the Required Lenders and engaged by the Borrower pursuant to an engagement letter meeting the requirements set forth in Section 6.13(c). The term “Operational Advisor” shall include any replacement nationally-recognized, reputable financial planning and analysis firm selected by the Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Required Lenders so long as the Borrower has provided to the Required Lenders a replacement engagement letter meeting the requirements set forth in Section 6.13(c) for such engagement letter prior to retaining such replacement Operational Advisor.
Operational Advisor has the meaning specified therefor in Section 7.01(s)(ii).

Upon the request of any Agent or the Required Lenders, each of the Financial Advisor and/or the Operational Advisor will attend and participate in such meetings.
Company shall continue the retention of the Operational Advisor until such time as Company receives the prior written consent of Agents to discontinue such retention.

More Definitions of Operational Advisor
Operational Advisor means collectively, an operational advisor to Company, together with its supporting staff, which operational advisor and supporting staff are satisfactory to Agents; provided that FTI Consulting, Inc. shall be deemed satisfactory to Agents.
