Operational Advisor definition

Operational Advisor has the meaning specified therefor in Section 7.01(s)(ii).
Operational Advisor means Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx or another nationally-recognized, reputable financial planning and analysis firm reasonably acceptable to the Required Lenders and engaged by the Borrower pursuant to an engagement letter meeting the requirements set forth in Section 6.13(c). The term “Operational Advisor” shall include any replacement nationally-recognized, reputable financial planning and analysis firm selected by the Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Required Lenders so long as the Borrower has provided to the Required Lenders a replacement engagement letter meeting the requirements set forth in Section 6.13(c) for such engagement letter prior to retaining such replacement Operational Advisor.
Operational Advisor shall include any replacement nationally-recognized, reputable financial planning and analysis firm selected by the Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Required Lenders so long as the Borrower has provided to the Required Lenders a replacement engagement letter meeting the requirements set forth in Section 6.13(c) for such engagement letter prior to retaining such replacement Operational Advisor.

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.

  • Advisory Firm means an accounting firm that is nationally recognized as being expert in Covered Tax matters, selected by the Corporation.
