Operational Advice definition
Operational Advice shall include without limitation a review of the Company's operating plans, annual budgets and forecasts and advice regarding the Company's development of a business agenda.
Operational Advice. Advice and information – whether by means of oral or written, including electronic, paper or other, communications and/or any Mediation Activity – as to any risk or opportunity (whether being, or arising out of or in connection with any Flood Risk, or otherwise), including as to the damage to, or reduction, augmentation or enhancement of any Authority Property and/or the reputation of the Authority, that the Authority actually or potentially (as a matter of Law or fact) faces, or has faced or assumed or incurred, or may face, assume or incur, including arising out of or in connection with any Relevant Rule, Inwards Reinsurance, Retrocession and/or ART Contract (including the Authority’s or Supplier’s compliance or failure to comply with any of the aforegoing), and actual or potential consequences of any such risk or opportunity, and the mitigation, reduction, increase, exploitation or other management of such risk or opportunity, including by means of o any Reinsurance Business Management Service and/or other System or Control, and/or o any training in respect of any of the above or aforegoing including as, and/or by the means, particularised in SOR paragraphs 5.6.1 – 5.6.5, 5.6.8, 5.6.11, 5.6.12, 5.6.14 – 5.6.15, 5.8.4, 5.10.4 – 5.10.7, and sections 9 and 13
