All Operational Advances shall be utilized solely to satisfy the working capital needs (exclusive of capital expenditures) of Ag1 in operating its business in the ordinary course consistent with past practices.
Upon receipt of an application for an advance complying with Section 4, DTN will make advances (collectively called the "Operational Advances" and individually called an "Operational Advance) to Ag1 which in the aggregate will not exceed Five Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($525,000).
