operational action definition
operational action means the action, at local, national, FAB or network level, as determined in the Network Operations Plan, through cooperative decision making between operational stakeholders and the Network Manager;
operational action means the action undertaken from the unit receiving the Operative Instruction, issued by the Power System Operators, as well as any un-programmed action initiated from the transmission network users affecting the operation of the Power System.
