Operation Term definition

Operation Term means the duration of operation of the Company as stated in Article 2 of this Charter, and can be changed by a resolution passed by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Operation Term means the duration of operation of DHG PHARMA as stated in Clause 5 Article 3 of this Charter.
Operation Term has the meaning set forth in Section S(c) of this Agreement. "Option" has the meaning set fo1ih in Section 3(a) of this Agreement. "Option Term" has the meaning set fmih in Section 3(b) of this Agreement. "Party" 01· "Parties" has the meaning set forth on page 1 of this Agreement.
