Operation Term definition

Operation Term means the duration of operation of the Company as stated in Article 2 of this Charter, and can be changed by a resolution passed by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Operation Term means the duration of operation of DHG PHARMA as stated in Clause 5 Article 3 of this Charter.
Operation Term means the duration of operation of the Company as stated in Article 2 of this Charter, and the extended term (if any) as passed by the General Meeting of Shareholders in Resolution.

Examples of Operation Term in a sentence

  • Unless earlier terminated, Grantee shall have the sole right and option to extend the Operation Term for two additional ten (10) year terms commencing on the last day of the Operation Term or the tenth (10th) anniversary of such day, respectively, upon at least thirty (30) days’ notice to Owner.

  • The Option Term plus the Operation Term plus either or both of such additional terms are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Term.” Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the Term of this Agreement be longer than the longest period permitted by law.

  • Term: For a period of 25 (twenty-five) years from the date of commencement of Operation Term Commencement Date (“Term”).

  • Prior to the commencement of the Construction and Operation Term with respect to any Property, Owner shall terminate any leases pertaining to such Property other than this Lease.

  • During the Operation Term, annual Injection Fees on a surface acreage equivalent basis for acreage within a Storage Reservoir shall not be less than the (“Minimum Injection Fee Payment”).

  • Without limitation of any and all other rights under this Lease, during the Construction and Operation Term and any Extended Term with respect to any Property, Lessee will have the specific right to occupy, use, renovate, rebuild, demolish, and/or remove any existing structures on such Property for any and all purposes related to its use of the Property, including as an office and/or living quarters in connection with construction, operation, and management of the Solar Facilities.

  • Xxxxxx agrees to conduct a job fair or equivalent employment hiring event within White Pine County prior to commencement of the Construction and Operation Term, should such term be exercised.

  • The date the Construction and Operation Term commences is referred to herein as the “Construction and Operation Term Commencement Date”.

  • Owner also grants Lessee an easement (“Access and Utility Easement”) for Lessee and its employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents and assignees to use the Property during its Construction and Operation Term and any Extended Term for access and utilities purposes by means of roads and lanes thereon if existing, or otherwise by such reasonable route or routes as Lessee may designate from time to time.

  • Lessee shall also have up to three (3) extension rights, upon written notice to Owner at least one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the expiration of the Construction and Operation Term and/or the first Extended Term (as hereinafter defined), as applicable, to extend the Construction and Operation Term for three (3) additional periods of five (5) years on each such occasion (each, an “Extended Term”).

Related to Operation Term

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;

  • Operational Period means a period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with a date and time at which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.

  • Annual Operating Expenses for the Class means and will consist only of the following operating expenses of the Series for the Class that are, under generally accepted accounting principles, accruable and deductible from the Series’ assets with respect to the Class for the calendar year involved: (i) investment advisory fees, if any; (ii) Rule 12b-1 distribution fees, if any; and (iii) custodian fees, shareholder servicing fees, administrative and office facilities expenses, professional fees, trustees’ fees and any other operating expenses of the Series with respect to the Class that are recorded or includable in the Series’ statement of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Notwithstanding the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the Series’ “Annual Operating Expenses” for the Class do not include interest and dividends on securities sold short, amortization of organization expenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, litigation and indemnification expenses or any costs or expenses of or for the Series with respect to the Class that are “extraordinary” as determined under generally accepted accounting principles (see Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 30).   • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Option Term means a period, if any, through which this Agreement may be or has been extended by the JBE.

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;

  • Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement. Acceptance into the Program:These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your local utility. You will be promptly notified if you are not accepted into the program. Switching fees may apply to you under your local utility’s tariff if you are accepted into the program by both XOOM and your local utility.

  • Lease Year means each consecutive twelve-month period beginning with the Commencement Date, except that if the Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, then the first Lease Year shall be the period from the Commencement Date through the final day of the twelve months after the first day of the following month, and each subsequent Lease Year shall be the twelve months following the prior Lease Year.

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.

  • Exploration Operations means operations conducted in the Contract Area pursuant to this Contract in searching for Petroleum and in the course of an Appraisal Programme and shall include but not be limited to aerial, geological, geophysical, geochemical, palaeontological, palynological, topographical and seismic surveys, analysis, studies and their interpretation, investigations relating to the subsurface geology including structural test drilling, stratigraphic test drilling, drilling of Exploration Xxxxx and Appraisal Xxxxx and other related activities such as surveying, drill site preparation and all work necessarily connected therewith that is conducted in connection with Petroleum exploration.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Animal feeding operation (“AFO”) means a lot or facility (other than an aquatic animal production facility) where animals have been, are, or will be stabled or confined and fed or maintained for a total of 45 days or more in any 12-month period, and crops, vegetation, forage growth, or post-harvest residues are not sustained in the normal growing season over any portion of the lot or facility [40 CFR § 122.23(b)(1)].

  • Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement.

  • Lease Commencement Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of the Master Lease.

  • Salvage operation means any business, trade or industry engaged in whole or in part in salvaging or reclaiming any product or material, including but not limited to metals, chemicals, shipping containers or drums.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
