Operation Fee definition

Operation Fee. The fixed fee which Owner shall pay to Operator throughout the Term for operation of the Plants and Xxxxx, as provided in Section 4.1.1.

More Definitions of Operation Fee

Operation Fee means the Base Fee and Percentage Fee payable for the relevant Operation Year.
