Operation Charge definition
Operation Charge means the charge to be paid by the Owner to the Operator for the provision of the Operation Services as set out in Appendix 2, part II.

The Owner shall pay to the Operator the Operation Charge for the provision of the Operation Services as set out in Appendix 2, part II.
Landlord shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the heating and air-conditioning systems and the components thereof not exclusively serving the Premises, the costs of which shall be included as part of the Annual Building Maintenance and Operation Charge.
The cost of such replacements shall be deemed an Operation Charge as provided for herein.
Costs incurred by Landlord with respect to such compliance shall be added to the Annual Building Maintenance and Operation Charge.
