OPERATING TOOLS definition

OPERATING TOOLS means any of our tangible, basic operating and service instruments or instrument combinations, identified in a Schedule, developed by and/or provided to us for the installation, maintenance, repair, and/or de-installation of the Equipment, and which either bear or are maintained in a container which bears a white cover or label and/or a notice that states substantially the following:

  • Logging tool means a device used subsurface to perform well-logging.

  • Operating Software means those routines, whether or not identified as Program Products, that reside in the Equipment and are required for the Equipment to perform its intended function(s), and which interface the operator, other Contractor-supplied programs, and user programs to the Equipment.

  • Operating System refers to the software that manages the Hardware Device. You have the right to use the Operating System delivered with the Hardware Device (and any updates acquired through our technical support services) only as incorporated in, and as part of, the Hardware Device and subject to the terms of the license agreement(s) delivered with or on the Hardware Device. Current versions of the license agreements are located in the documentation for the Hardware Device.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • operating site means a site, other than an aerodrome, selected by the operator or pilot-in-command or commander for landing, take-off and/or external load operations;
