Operating Threshold definition

Operating Threshold means the Facilities are operating at a monthly average availability factor of at least 80%.

Examples of Operating Threshold in a sentence

  • The PIK Interest Period shall terminate if the EPC Agreement terminates, except where such termination is the result of a change in Environmental Laws following which the Facilities are operating at or above the Operating Threshold and in material compliance with Environmental Laws.

  • The Operating Threshold shall be met if NEWCO’s average monthly Gross Profit for any two consecutive Calendar Quarters (as defined below) is equal to or greater than the Operating Threshold in effect during such Calendar Quarters.
