Operating Regulation definition

Operating Regulation means a set of rules, directives and regulations issued by the Lessor, governing the mode of operation of the Stadium, which for the purposes of this Contract shall mean a set of rules, directives and regulations set forth in writing and binding on all lessees of the Stadium and the Lessee's Frequent Users and third parties, which rules, directives and regulations shall mean for purpose of the present Contract: Operating Regulation, Organizational and Visiting Regulation, Safety Directive for emergency situations. The terminological abbreviations referred to in this paragraph 1.1 of this Article 1 of the Contract include the terms and expressions the most commonly used in the Contract. Terms and expressions can also be defined in any other provision of the Contract. „Príslušenstvo Štadióna“ znamená chodníky, komunikácie, parkovacie plochy, zelené plochy nachádzajúce sa na Priľahlom pozemku, ktoré sú určené na spoločné užívanie „Prevádzkový poriadok“ znamená súbor písomne určených a pre všetkých nájomcov Štadióna a Frekventantov Nájomcu a tretie osoby záväzných pravidiel, smerníc a nariadení vydaných Prenajímateľom upravujúcich režim prevádzkovania Štadióna, ktorými sa pre účely tejto Zmluvy rozumejú: Prevádzkový poriadok, Organizačno-návštevný poriadok, Bezpečnostná smernica pri riešení mimoriadnych situácií.
