Operating Region definition

Operating Region means the region (being either the Metropolitan Area or a "region" as described in the Regional Development Commissions Act 1993) which the Authority from time to time determines is the Operating Region for this Contract.
Operating Region means any one of the following of Transmission Provider’s planning regions: Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, Northern Interior and Southern Interior, and Operating Regions means all of them. Party shall mean Transmission Provider or Interconnection Customer and Parties shall mean both of them. Permissible Technological Advancement shall mean proposed technological modification to turbines, inverters, or plant supervisory controls or other similar advancements to the technology proposed in the Interconnection Request that is submitted to the Transmission Provider with an executed Combined Study Agreement. Such modification does not: (i) increase the Interconnection Customer's requested interconnection service as specified in the original Interconnection Request; or (ii) represent a different fuel type from the original Interconnection Request. Any proposed technological modification submitted after an executed Combined Agreement is received by the Transmission Provider shall be considered a Permissible Technological Advancement only if it is not deemed to be a Material Modification pursuant to Tariff, Attachment M-1, section 4.4.3.

  • Through 2/31/17, an employee who has bargaining unit seniority in both Operating Regions shall be eligible to bid on vacancies in both Operating Regions and will have his continuous bargaining unit seniority in the region of the vacancy for which he is applying considered; along with all other bargaining unit applicants from the Operating Region of the vacancy.

  • Within thirty days after the close of each fiscal month of the Consolidated Parties, consolidated and consolidating (by Operating Region) profit and loss statements and, with respect to the statements delivered following the end of each fiscal quarter of the Consolidated Parties only, comparing actual results for the fiscal quarter then ended to the quarterly results set forth in the September 2002 Projections.

  • A resource with a Forbidden Operating Region cannot provide Ancillary Services in a particular fifteen (15) minute Dispatch Interval unless that resource can complete its transit through the relevant Forbidden Operating Region within that particular Dispatch Interval.

  • In no case shall an employee bump into the other Operating Region or into a higher job classification within his current department except by mutual agreement of the Company and the Local Union.

  • When ramping in the Forbidden Operating Region, the implicit ramp rate will be used as determined based on the time it takes for the resource to cross its Forbidden Operating Region.
