Operating Notice definition
Operating Notice means, any notice to be given by one party to this Agreement to the other in respect of any matters contained or referred to in Clauses 8.1.1, 8.1.2 and 8.1.3 and Schedules 5 to 12 inclusive and in respect of any matters contained or referred to in Conditions N3.3, N3.5, N3.9, N3.10 and N3.13;
Operating Notice means a written notice given by one party to the other hereunder relating to routine operational matters arising under this Water Supply Agreement following the Commercial Operation Date specifically required hereunder to be given as an “Operating Notice”.

The offer shall be made by written notice (the "Crescent Operating Notice") from Crescent Operating to the Operating Partnership, which Crescent Operating Notice shall contain a detailed description of the material terms and conditions of the REIT Opportunity.
