Operating Lease Operative Documents definition
Operating Lease Operative Documents means this Lease and (to the extent relating to the Aircraft) the Credit and Security Agreement, the Note, the Support Services Agreement, the Termination Agreement and each other agreement between Lessee and Lessor (or any affiliate of Lessor) relating to the lease of the Aircraft by Lessor (or any affiliate of Lessor) to Lessee, each as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms.
