Operating Gain definition

Operating Gain means, for any period, the amount, if any, by which Cash Receipts exceed Cash Expenditures.

Examples of Operating Gain in a sentence

  • If, for any Calendar Quarter, the Partnership experiences an Operating Gain and there are Deferred Contingent Payments outstanding, the Partnership shall, on or before the Quarterly Payment Date immediately following such Calendar Quarter, pay to the Seller the lesser of (i) the amount of such Operating Gain for the Calendar Quarter and (ii) the aggregate amount of unpaid Deferred Contingent Payments including accrued and unpaid interest.

  • The calculation of Operating Gain and Operating Loss shall be done at natural temperature.
