Operating Cost Allowance definition

Operating Cost Allowance means the amount calculated to reflect an efficient level of the costs associated with suppliers’ own internal operating costs (including a normal level of profit) in 28AD Charge Restriction Period j, at Benchmark Annual Consumption Level k, for Benchmark Metering Arrangement l, which the Authority is to calculate for the periods and within the timeframes specified in this condition 28AD in accordance with paragraph 28AD.11;

  • In the event the Operating Expenses shall, in any Fiscal Year exceed the product of the Operating Cost Allowance times the rentable square feet of the Building (prorated for any partial Fiscal Year at the beginning or end of the Term), Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor, as Additional Rent, Lessee’s pro rata share of any such excess (“Excess Operating Expenses”).

  • Lessor agrees to pay all Operating Expenses (as defined in Section 7 below) up to a maximum amount of $7.00 per year for each square foot of rentable floor area in the Building ("Operating Cost Allowance").

  • In the event the Operating Expenses shall, in any fiscal year (ending January 31) exceed the Operating Cost Allowance (prorated for any partial fiscal year at the beginning or end of the Term), Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor, as Additional Rent, Lessee's pro rata share of any such excess (the "Excess Operating Expenses").
