Operating Contribution definition

Operating Contribution. (as those terms are defined in Schedule 6.1(m)) for each of the Products in the Domestic Product Line for the year ended December 31, 1994. "Net Sales" do not include intercompany sales, as well as internal sales at the Seller's company stores or otherwise. Schedule 6.1(m) was accurately prepared in all material respects from the books and records of the Seller in accordance with the internal accounting practices of the Seller and was used in the preparation of the consolidated accounts of the Seller and its affiliates.
