Operating Capacity Entitlement definition

Operating Capacity Entitlement means the Capacity entitlement of each Owner that at any time shall equal the Operating Capacity multiplied by an Owner’s Ownership Share.

Examples of Operating Capacity Entitlement in a sentence

  • During Phase III, each Owner shall be entitled to its Operating Capacity Entitlement and its Ownership Share of Net Energy Generation including all that produced by Performance Testing, URGE Testing or through Plant start-up procedures.

  • During Phase IV, each Owner shall own its Operating Capacity Entitlement and its Ownership Share of Net Energy Generation (or Ancillary Services if so elected pursuant to Section 10.03) produced by the Plant.
