Opentrack Program definition

Opentrack Program means the integration platform offered by Dealertrack that provides various technology vendors, such as Provider, with the ability to integrate with Data, via Dealertrack’s suite of Opentrack integration modules.

Examples of Opentrack Program in a sentence

  • Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Provider Integration will be developed and operated in such a way that does not allow Provider to query the Dealertrack System for any data not intended to be transmitted through the Opentrack Program or any other data not authorized for the Provider to access by the Mutual Dealer Clients.

  • Dealertrack makes no guarantees or representations regarding the participation of dealers in the Opentrack Program, or that Mutual Dealer Clients will provide such explicit permission.

  • Following the initial certification process, upon request by Dealertrack, Provider will undergo Dealertrack’s recertification process in order to continue participating in Dealertrack’s Opentrack Program.
