Opening Statement definition

Opening Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.7(a).
Opening Statement means the "Base Business" column of the special-purpose combining statement of net assets of the HPG Business at March 29, 1998, together with the notes thereto, as included in the Other Financial Information section of Attachment I to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Opening Statement

Opening Statement means the Statement of Net Assets contained in the Special Purpose Financial Statements for the quarter ended March 22, 1998 together with the notes thereto, as attached in Attachment XIII to this Agreement.
