Opening Price definition

Opening Price means the price at which a security opened for trading, or a price that fairly reflects the price at which a security opened for trading, during the regular trading session of the national securities exchange or na- tional securities association that lists the security. If the security is not list- ed on a national securities exchange or a national securities association, then opening price shall mean the price at which a security opened for trading, or a price that fairly reflects the price at which a security opened for trading, on the primary market for the security.
Opening Price means the 30-day calendar average closing price of a share of a company’s stock ending on the trading day preceding the first day of the Performance Period. The Opening Price shall be adjusted for stock splits and reverse stock splits that occur during the Performance Period.

More Definitions of Opening Price

Opening Price means the price of a transaction that opens trading on the Primary Listing Exchange. If the Primary Listing Exchange opens with quotations, the “Opening Price” shall mean the closing price of the NMS Stock on the Primary Listing Exchange on the previous trading day, or if no such closing price exists, the last sale on the Primary Listing Exchange.
Opening Price means for a security that participates in an Opening Call, the price at which the security traded during the Opening Call and for a security that does not trade in an Opening Call, the previous day’s Closing Price in NEO-L.
