Opening Phase definition

Opening Phase means a period of time prescribed by the Exchange immediately following the start of Normal Trading for that Trading Day when Bids and Offers are to be matched in accordance with the provisions of Rule 2.6.3.
Opening Phase means the time period as specified by the Board occurring in advance of each crop quota period in which qualified farmer-members may contract in relation to their qualified quotas on Form 101F with Quebec processors;

  • After the Commencement of Construction of Phase I EPC agrees to ·send City written notice of the date for the grand opening for Phase I ("Grand Opening Phase I Notice"), which notice shall be sent to City at least Two Hundred Seventy (270) days prior to such date for the grand opening of Phase I.

Related to Opening Phase

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
