Opening Deadline definition

Opening Deadline means the date specified in the Data Sheet by which you are required to have the Franchised Business open and operating.
Opening Deadline means the deadline by which the Franchised Business must be open for business to the public, which will be the earlier of the Opening Date identified in Exhibit F and the first anniversary of the Effective Date.

Examples of Opening Deadline in a sentence

  • If Franchisee wants to request an extension of the Opening Deadline, Franchisee must submit a written request and a Ten Thousand Dollar ($10,000) extension fee to Hyatt before the Opening Deadline.

  • If Hyatt approves the extension, Hyatt will set a new Opening Deadline, and the extension fee will be non-refundable.

  • If you open your Franchise for business prior to the Opening Deadline you are obligated to pay us the minimum Royalty Fee on the first day of the month following the partial month in which you opened your Franchise for business.

  • If you are delayed from opening your Location Franchise by the Opening Deadline, you must immediately provide us with a written request to extend the deadline, which we may grant or withhold in our sole discretion.

  • If no Opening Deadline is set forth in Exhibit 1, then the Opening Deadline shall be deemed to be two-hundred and forty (240) days from the Agreement Date.

  • The Opening of the Hotel Project must occur on or before the Hotel Opening Deadline.

  • Regardless of whether you open your Franchise for business by the Opening Deadline, you are obligated to pay us the minimum Royalty Fee of $700 due under Section 6.2 of this Agreement, thirty (30) days after the Opening Deadline.

  • If you fail to open your Franchise for business by the Opening Deadline, you will be obligated to pay us the minimum Royalty Fee thirty (30) days after your Opening Deadline.

  • If you open your Franchise for business earlier than the Opening Deadline, you are obligated to pay us the minimum Royalty Fee of $700 due under Section 6.2 of this Agreement on the first day of the month following the partial month you opened your Franchise for business.

  • Your failure to submit a completed site approval package with the required information, and/or failure to secure an acceptance from us for a proposed Site for the Premises in a timely manner shall NOT be reason for extending the Opening Deadline set forth in this Franchise Agreement.

Related to Opening Deadline

  • Closing Deadline means the date and time specified on the RFP Cover Page or any Addenda issued by TO LIVE, as the date and time by which Proponents must submit their Proposal;

  • Filing Deadline Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) hereof.

  • Dealing Deadline means in relation to a Fund, such time on any Dealing Day as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for the Fund.

  • Filing Deadline As defined in Sections 3(a) and 4(a) hereof.

  • Opening Date means the day on which we first authorize the opening of the facilities, Guest Rooms or services of the Hotel to the general public under the Brand.
