Opening Account definition

Opening Account. We shall open and maintain the Account. The Account shall comprise: (a) an Allocated Account in respect of Silver which you ask us to hold for you on an allocated basis; and (b) an Unallocated Account in respect of Silver which you ask us to hold for you on an unallocated basis, which together shall be treated as a single account for all purposes of this Agreement unless the context requires otherwise.
