Open Trading Window definition

Open Trading Window means a period:
Open Trading Window has the meaning set forth in Section 6.13(b).
Open Trading Window means time periods that are not within a Blackout Period.

  • If the Selling Shareholders are effectively precluded from conducting an Underwritten Offering during any Scheduled Open Trading Window as a result of one or more Unscheduled Blackout Periods occurring during such Scheduled Open Trading Window, the aggregate number of Distributions that may be conducted in the next subsequent Scheduled Open Trading Window as set forth in Section 2(a) shall be increased by one.
