Open Terrace definition

Open Terrace means the open terrace areas on certain floors of the Buildings each of which shall be attached and/or appurtenant only to a specified Unit and having access from such Unit only and meant to be occupied, used and enjoyed exclusively by the Allottee /occupant of such Unit;
Open Terrace means the open terrace(s) attached and/or appurtenant to only certain Units on certain floors of the Building, each open terrace having access from a particular Unit only and meant to be owned, used and enjoyed exclusively by the owner of such particular Unit only;
Open Terrace means a level and rather narrow plain or platform, which for purposes of this title is located adjacent to one or more faces of the main structure and which is constructed not more than four feet in height above the average level of the adjoining ground. (Prior code §4-4-2(part))
