Open supplier definition

Open supplier means the system operator, seller of gas or, in the event of an interruption of the open supply contract, the seller to whose network the customer’s gas installation is connected and who has been designated by the network operator, where the system operator, seller of gas or seller designated by the network operator provides an open supply.
