Open Staircase definition

Open Staircase means a staircase at least two sides of which are open except for a guard rail or wall of a maximum nominal height of 4ft (1.2m) and which has no roof.

Related to Open Staircase

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;
