  • However, Developer shall make the Open Space System available for reasonable public access and enjoyment subject to the guidelines provided in the Open Space System Operations & Maintenance Plan, Exhibit I.

  • The Developer shall request a credit prior to issuance of the building permit for the relevant component of the Open Space System to be constructed by the Developer that is required by the City as a condition of approving the development activity as set forth in this Agreement.
