Open Source Library definition

Open Source Library means object code that is statically or dynamically linked to the Licensed Software and that contains, or is derived from, any computer source code licensed pursuant to a license that is identified as an open source license by the Open Source Initiative (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) or other similar licensing or distribution models for computer code offered free of charge.

  • Open Source License means any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license, including any license approved by the Open Source Initiative or any Creative Commons License. “Open Source Licenses” shall include Copyleft Licenses.
