Examples of Open Request in a sentence

  • The Borrower may withdraw the facility request at any time during the Open Request Period as long as the total amount pledged is below 50% of the requested facility amount.

  • At the expiry of the Open Request Period, if the total amount of funds pledged by the Lenders in aggregate toward the facility request is below 50% or Rs 5 Lac of the requested facility amount, whichever is lower, the facility request shall be deemed to have expired and will be canceled.

Related to Open Request

  • Written Request means a request made, in writing, by the Insured to us. All pronouns include either gender unless the context indicates otherwise.

  • Conversion Request means (a) the irrevocable request to be given by a Securityholder to the Conversion Agent directing the Conversion Agent to convert the Securities into shares of Common Stock and (b) the irrevocable request to be given by a holder of Preferred Securities to the Conversion Agent directing the Conversion Agent to exchange such stock on behalf of such holder.

  • Transaction Request means a request from Seller to Buyer, in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, to enter into a Transaction.

  • Drawdown Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Drawdown Request).

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).
