Open Products definition

Open Products means Products that you may purchase and resell to any end-user customer or reseller located within the Territory as long as the end-user customer or reseller is not a Partner, a Distributor, or an authorized HPE reseller. Open Products include, but are not limited to, iPaqs, personal printers, and media Products which are listed on the HPE Partner Portal.
Open Products means Products classified as such by Zebra under the Program, the purchaser of which does not require membership of the Program.
