Open nomination definition

Open nomination means a process for naming candidates for office or position whereby any of the eligible members can be nominated or can nominate themselves. A procedure, motion or rule of order which requires that nominations cease or to that effect, is improper and shall not be allowed.

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • Investor Nominee means a person designated for election to the Board of Directors by the Investor pursuant to the Investment Agreement.
