Open Framework definition

Open Framework means a scheme of Frameworks that provides for the award of successive Frameworks on substantially the same terms as defined in Section 49 of the Procurement Act.
Open Framework means the open framework under which this Framework Agreement has been awarded and identified in the Key Provisions;
Open Framework a Framework Agreement that re-opens during its term for providers not currently on the Framework to apply.
