Open container permit definition
Open container permit means the authority under which the consumption of malt beverages is authorized for a speci郒cally limited period of time in and upon a street, alley, sidewalk, public park, public building, or parking lot open to unrestricted use by the public as provided in this chapter and issued under Chapter 12.60.
Open container permit means a permit as required by this chapter for the consumption of alcoholic beverages at a special event per Section 5.12 of this code.
