Open Community definition
Open Community means all communities within First Responder Communities of Practice on the online collaborative platform that places no restrictions on access. "Product Vendor" shall mean User that represents a company or organization that is currently under contractor to sell a product to the United States Department of Homeland Security or is seeking to enter a contractual relationship with the United States Department of Homeland Security to sell a product. "Restricted Community" shall mean a community in which a Community Administrator has determined and requested limitation placed on those that access the community due to the nature of the work, information to be shared, or membership. "Vendor" shall mean any User that represents a company or organization that is currently under contract to sell a product or service to the United States Department of Homeland Security or any other government entity, including Federal, State, Tribal, Territorial, and local governments.
