Open Channel definition

Open Channel means a drainage element in which stormwater flows with an open surface. Open channels include, but shall not be limited to, natural and man-made drainageways, swales, streams, ditches, canals, and pipes not under pressure.
Open Channel means any channel that can be received by all Subscribers without the use of special equipment not normally possessed by, or available to, anyone who may become a Subscriber.
Open Channel means a conveyance system with a definable bed and banks carrying the discharge from field tiles and surface drainage, but does not include grassed swales within farm fields under agricultural production which are ephemeral in nature;

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.
