Open burn definition

Open burn means the burning of anymaterials wherein air contaminants resulting from combustion are emitted directly into the air, without passing through a stack or chimney from an enclosed chamber.
Open burn means any fire that is allowed outside of an approved “contained” site, and is not larger than 2.5m x 2.5m x1m high (8’x8’x3’ high);
Open burn means the high temperature oxidation of fuel with the release of heat and combustion products in an open, outdoor environment.
