Any agreement reached by the representatives is binding on the Board and the OPEA without formal ratification votes and shall not be grievable.
The practice of free and open discussion between the OPEA, teachers, and administrators at all levels is to be preserved and the formulation of an Agreement is not intended to limit the areas of discussion or concern.
