OPCOM Power Exchange definition
OPCOM Power Exchange means collectively the set of commercial rules and operational mechanisms that OPCOM, pursuant to the Market Administration License 407/2001 issued by ANRE in accordance with the provisions of the Law 99/2000, will implement in order to register, intermediate and/or administer settlements of long-term and short term transactions between electricity market participants, and also register, intermediate and/or administer settlements between electricity market participants and the Borrower;
