OPC Off-System Transactions definition

OPC Off-System Transactions means, collectively, more than one (1) OPC Off-System Transaction. All OPC Off-System Transactions shall be adjusted for losses using Level A to B-1 Loss Factors and/or ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇-▇ to B-2 Loss factors, as appropriate.

  • Oglethorpe Power hereby agrees to coordinate all OPC Off-System Transactions with Georgia Power or its agent.
