OPC DRSU definition
OPC DRSU means a restricted stock unit award granted pursuant to any of the OPC Equity Plans to an individual who was a non-employee member of the Board of Directors of OPC on the date of grant.

Other than as described in the preceding sentence, following the Effective Time the Adjusted OPC DRSU shall remain subject to the same terms and conditions as applicable to the OPC DRSU prior to the Effective Time.
