The Customer agrees not to connect any Equipment or facilities to the Ooredoo network that have not been type approved by the CRA or that do not comply with the technical standards and specifications for telecommunications equipment approved by the CRA.
Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed to establish a partnership or joint venture relationship between Ooredoo and the Customer.
