OOG Payable definition

OOG Payable means the remaining unpaid balance as of December 31, 1997, of the consideration payable by "The Assignee" under the OOG Contract to "The Assignor" under the OOG Contract for the assignment of the OOG Receivable from The Assignor to The Assignee, such remaining balance as of December 31, 1997 being 14,714,133,380 Bolivars.
