OOG definition

OOG means “Out Of Gauge” cargo shipped in Special Equipments like Flat Rack (Over Width and/ or Over Length and/ or Over Height), Open Tops (Over Height).
OOG means the Borrower’s Office of the Government or any successor thereto;
OOG means the Recipient’s Office of Government or any successor thereto.

  • County must also immediately notify OOG in writing of any misappropriation of funds, fraud, theft, embezzlement, forgery, or any other serious irregularities indicating noncompliance with grant requirements.

  • Venue for any OOG-initiated action, suit, litigation or other proceeding arising out of or in any way relating to this Grant Agreement may be commenced in a Texas state district court or a United States District Court selected by OOG in its sole discretion.

  • The grantee shall provide to OOG or its designees, on the grantee's premises (or if the audit is being performed of a subcontractor, the subcontractor's premises if necessary) private space, office furnishings (including lockable cabinets), telephone services and Internet connectivity, utilities, and office-related equipment and duplicating services as OOG or its designees may reasonably require to perform the audits described in this Grant Agreement.

  • The grantee shall provide to OOG periodic status reports regarding the grantee's resolution of any audit, corrective action plan, or other compliance activity for which the grantee is responsible.
