  • Unless doing so would compromise reasonable security measures or be unlawful, before stopping or suspending any Onward Payment (in whole or in part) or the Client’s use of the Payment Service (as appropriate) or immediately after doing so, Key Currency must inform the Client and give its reasons for doing so.

  • As soon as practicable after the reason for stopping or suspending any Onward Payment (in whole or in part) or the Client’s use of the Payment Service (as appropriate) has ceased to exist, TORFX must allow the outstanding element of the Onward Payment or the resumption of the Client’s use of the Payment Service (as appropriate).

  • However TorFX cannot guarantee the Payee’s payment service provider or an intermediary payment service provider will not deduct a charge for receiving any Onward Payment.

  • As soon as practicable after the reason for stopping or suspending any Onward Payment (in whole or in part) or the Client’s use of the Payment Service (as appropriate) has ceased to exist, Key Currency must allow the outstanding element of the Onward Payment or the resumption of the Client’s use of the Payment Service (as appropriate).

  • We have no liability for any delay or failure of a payment if Onward Payment instructions or the sold Currency arrive after the banks cut off times.

  • Where a Client believes SATFX may have performed such an Onward Payment, the Client should contact SATFX as soon as possible to investigate the matter.

  • Your instruction in writing (via the Online Platform or via email), including all the bank details and reference(s) relating to a Client’s Nominated Account to perform an Onward Payment will be treated by SATFX as a Client’s consent for SATFX to go ahead and perform that Onward Payment.

  • However Key Currency cannot guarantee the Payee's payment service provider will not deduct a charge for receiving any Onward Payment.

Related to Onward Payment

  • Earn-Out Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).

  • Specified Payment means any Permitted Acquisition, Investment, loan, advance, incurrence of or payment with respect to Indebtedness or other transaction made subject to satisfaction of the Payment Conditions or any component thereof.
