OnPremise Software definition

OnPremise Software means all copies of all software installed pursuant to the Agreement. I, authorized signatory of Consortium Member, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ declare on behalf of Consortium Member that Consortium Member has undertaken the necessary measures to delete and destroy the OnPremise Software licensed by Consortium Member under the Agreement. Examples of OnPremise Software in a sentence

  • If you have not saved decrypted versions of your Content prior to termination or expiry, you will have 30 calendar days from termination or expiry to request a copy of your Content (or a method for decrypting locally stored Content if you use On-Premise Software).

  • The “Deployment Type” (i.e., SaaS Software and On-Premise Software) and “Licensing Model” associated with each Software Module may be set forth on the Purchase Document or it may be defined in the Module Licensing Description.

  • Cancellation of Maintenance Services for perpetual Licenses for On-Premise Software will not terminate Customer’s rights to continue to use the On-Premise Software.

  • Licensee may install On-Premise Software on Licensee's or Affiliates’ machines only and only at Licensee Sites as many instances of the Software as is designated in the applicable Order Confirmation.

  • If you are subscribing to an on- premise or partially hosted Service, We also grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sub- licensable licence to download, install and use 1 copy of the On-Premise Software on your private infrastructure during your Subscription Period.

  • We warrant that, provided the latest version of Our Plug-Ins and/or On-Premise Software are being used, the Services will perform materially in accordance with the applicable documentation then available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.

  • If you subscribe to an on-premise or partially hosted Service, We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non- transferable, non-sub-licensable licence to download, install and use 1 copy of the On-Premise Software (in object code format) on your private infrastructure during your Subscription Period.

  • If Licensee licenses On-Premise Software, the On-Premise Software and associated Documentation shall be delivered by electronic means.

  • Our proprietary software that enables Us to deliver, develop, enhance and provide the Services, including the Plug-Ins and On-Premise Software.
