You represent and warrant that you are aware of all Applicable Regulations that apply to the Online Trading Platform and/or Electronic Trading Services that you use and that your use of the Electronic Trading Services will comply with all Applicable Regulations and this Agreement as amended from time to time.
Where we grant you access to an Online Trading Platform and/or Electronic Trading Service we shall grant you, for the term of this Agreement, a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable and non-sublicenseable license to use the Electronic Trading Services pursuant to and in strict accordance with this Agreement.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer financial instruments on cryptocurrencies for trading on its Online Trading Platform.
You agree to use the information from our Online Trading Facility (and/or from any other of our information systems) for the sole purpose of entering into and executing Transactions and/or Contracts through our Online Trading Platform.
Should you try to access the Company’s Online Trading Platform from a country other than your country of your domicile it is possible that access will not be permitted, and you will be unable to access the Company’s Online Trading Platform and therefore open any positions or close any existing positions.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client’s access to or use of Mobile Trading Service, in addition to the Client’s access to Online Trading Platform, if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that the Client has in any way breached the agreement between the parties based on any of the terms and conditions so accepted by the Client.
