Online Subscription means a Subscription that is obtained through the online sign-up process on Our Platforms. The Specifications of the Subscription, such as the features, Service Limits, Service Price, Subscription Term, and other relevant details relating to the Subscription are detailed in Our Specifications. During the sign-up process You will be required to check a box to confirm that You agree to be bound by these Terms. Once You have checked that box, these Terms, together with the Specifications, will form a binding Agreement between Us and You.
